We have expanded our Jig shoe range to include a lightweight upper. These come in two flavours, Pro-Storm and Pro-Super Storm and are available in Sizes 1 – 5 1/2. We will expand the size range over the coming months.
Wear Straight From The Box
The Pro-Storm is made from a soft, supple leather to ensure flexibility. A lightweight stiffener is used at the quarter (the bit at the heel) that usually causes blisters when being broken in. These shoes are soft from the first wear and require little or no breaking in.
No Blisters – No Breaking In
There is no toe box in these shoes and the shoe feels soft and comfortable on the foot from the first wear. As a result the upper may stretch a little more than in regular shoes. As a result we recommend buying a half size smaller than your usual size.
Thunder Tips
The glass fibre based Thunder Tips are wet moulded directly onto these shoes in specially developed moulds and as they cure, become part of the shoe. They do not come off ! They produce a crisp, resonant sound and have a large 50mm deep, toe walking platform. They will wear over time and we can re-tip these shoes, time and time again. Click here to see how.
Hurricane Heels
Solid block Hurricane heels provide a loud superior sound and have a curved inner wall (bubble heel). We retro fit these tips and heels to other shoe brands, such is their popularity.

Super Thunder Tips
The polycarbonate based Super Thunder Tips produce a sharper sound than the Thunder Tips, and have a 16mm deep, toe walking platform. These are a hard wearing tip and won’t need replacing nearly as often.
Sound Cavern Heels
The heels on these shoes are the same construction as our Hurricane Heels, but with the added benefit of a hollowed out centre, creating an echo chamber and being lighter. They also have a bubbled, curved inner wall.
